We will cover dessert wine and fortified wines and their regions in France as well as what makes them unique. This class will be lead by our sommelier Jacob Daugherty.
Jacob Daugherty is our wine director and in house sommelier. He has been the head sommelier at multiple michelin starred restaurants, including a two star. He worked as a sommelier for 12 years and worked vineyards in Europe. He knows French wine regions like the back of his hand and is a real wine geek.
